AE Factory Service - Fuse was replaced, charged $129 for 10 minutes.

Called for service, it took 4 days for the serviceman to come.10 minutes later and a charge of $129 for service, $22.32 for fuse and $73.74 for 1 year of service plan.

Dryer stopped 30 minutes into the cycle and I called back right away for service. Didn't get a callback that day. I called the next day and was told that I had to wait 6 more days for an appointment.

Asked to speak to the manager, operator said why and I told her I was dissatisfied.The call was transferred to music and was never connected to the manager. 30092ae

Micro was under Samsung warranty, they set up appointment with A&E to repair item n that when the trouble started. A&E wanted to charge me $300.for the repair. Ask to speak to manager n was put on hold to listen to music for 1/2 hr. , manager never responded.
