We bought a refrigerator in 2013 and added the extended warranty. Starting 2002, we purchased a kitchen suite (refrigerator, range, and dishwasher) for our remodel.

Later, in 2009, we purchased a washer and dryer. Since 2002, Sears has provided excellent service. However, our refrigerator failed on April 28, 2018. we called the service number and had to wait 2 weeks for a service call.

Then a part was ordered and delivered 3 days later. we had to wait another week for a service call. The technician installed the "new" circuit board and said it would take "24 hours" before the refrigerator will cool down. 24 hours later, still with warm refrigerator!

We called again and my husband fought with the telephone operator who said it would be another week before a follow up visit was possible. My husband insisted we get service immediately and another tech visit was scheduled 4 days later. The tech showed very late and said the circuit board was defective!

We regret purchasing the A and E service! Don't purchase this repair service1!.AND don't purchase Sears appliances
