I bought a frig from Lowe's and A&E were the warranty service. The first appliance kept freezing up.
First A&E said that was what was supposed to happen in a frost-free refrigerator. Then they put caulk around the door seals. The caulk looked like an amateur job that someone would would do around a bathtub. Then the caulk started flaking off in the contents of the refrigerator and it did not stop the freezing anyway.
Finally, Lowe's took back the frig and we got a different one. When A&E came again to replace a thermostat, the tech scratched the stainless steel door and then said it wasn't noticeable and then said he didn't do it.
His rude behavior did not help matters and their insurance company is not any better. I am considering suing them at this time.
