YEP! That's the standard A&E approach but mine is even worse.
Bought a Refrigerator from HH Gregg. Unit goes out of course right after HH Gregg goes out of business. A&E has taken over all of Greggs warranty work. Finally, get an appointments set with A&E 3 weeks out!!!
The come out, lady has no idea what she is doing and has to be talked thru what to do on the phone! Finally finds problem (supposedly) and the compressor is out. Unit is only 2 years old. Gets so far with diagnosis and does not have a necessary tool with her to complete diagnosis (which is bull) and has to make another appointment.
3 weeks out! Comes back diagnosis is complete, orders parts (like you to my house and not them) comes back in another 2 weeks to do repair. This time has no oxygen in cutting torch tank - spent 6 hours here!!!! Another appointment 3 weeks out!!!
Here again, 3 hours into the repair, now, believe it or not, has a hole in torch line!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me!!!!!!!!????? Supposed to be back this evening but took all tools with her, so I doubt she is coming back! Been without a $3,000 refrigerator for over two months now!
THis organization is a JOKE . a total JOKE and nothing short of a JOKE!
Product or Service Mentioned: Ae Factory Service Refrigerator Repair.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: New Refrigerateur of at least equal value. THis has gone on long enough and there is absolutely no sense in this. We paid for a warranty and you contracted to do the warranty work, but cannot deliver. I think this is only fair because of the time and $.
I didn't like: Customer service.
