Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, for a specific date between 8am-noon. Took time from work and was sitting home - no one showed up.
I called them and they told me that they don't have technicians in the area and they need to reschedule (after not showing up and not calling???). Just forget it - this is the worst way to do business. You want to try to use them?
Go ahead - schedule and sit home and hope that they might show up, i doubt it though. I will follow up with filing a BB claim on them as well.
