I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator or July 4,2008. The ice maker did not work properly.

I called customer service at whirlpool and the sent me to A&E factory service. This company is completely inept. I have not waited home 6 different days from 8 am to 5 pm, and they have still now been about to fix the problem. Between wrong parts, no show appointments, and basic lack of knowledge and communication, this simple problems is STILL not fixed.

The customer service at both A&E Factory service and Whirlpool basically just don't about the consumer or their time or money. The customer service manager at A&E, Tonya, is completly useless at her job. I have never before delt with such poor customer service. DON'T SHOP WHIRLPOOL OR USE A&E FACTORY SERIVE.

YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO.
