A&E did factory warranty work on our washer so we bought extended warranty. Big mistake!
called three weeks ago when washer stopped. Waited a week for repairman who said he couldn't find anything wrong and reset. The next day it stopped again and we called for service. Were put off a week.
The day before scheduled appointment, they called and said tech was not available and would have to reschedule. After I complained, I was told supervisor would call. A day later, still waiting. Will have to miss time off from work again...
Three weeks without a washer.
Worthless! Will not use again.
