I have had A & E Factory at my house to service a Whirlpool washer, the first technician missed by a mile the wrong part to be replaced and removed a functional part. The second technician noted the error made by the first technician and removed a second part, then created a defective part by installing a new board and shorting-out the first Bord that was fine.
Then we reported a leak and another technician came and replaced a motor, however, the leak continued. A fourth technician came and replaced the soap dispenser draw which appeared to be defective from the day we bought he unit from Bernie's, which is now Bankrupt.
The leak continued and now has become very noticeable flooding a portion of the basement when washing clothes. We went without a washer for a family of 5 for almost 2 months.
A & E Factory Service claims o service 7 days a week, which is also false. We had to wait for a once a week trip t our area for service. These people are PAID very well from the manufacture, and yet can't seem to get it right!
