A & E Factory Service can't tell time, I don't think they will have the skill set to do the needed repair on my LG range. They set an appointment

17 days ago, they set the time and date and failed to show up or call.

I am shocked to see all the complaints on line in regard to these people.

But they are good enough for a faulty 1500.00 range, miss manufactured by LG , That is who LG appliance picked, This is LG's second choice the first choice did not show up for the appointment also. Dealing with LG and A&E is like wrestling with a pig in mud, after awhile you realize the Pig Likes It.

Life is not good with LG. and A & E makes it NO Good in a Big Way

We had the opposite experience with A & E. When they mis-repaired an appliance, they followed up and not only reimbursed us for the parts, but also for the service call. We were impressed.
