It has been four weeks since I requested service and A&E has yet to fix my unit. A&E Factory Service has scheduled 3 different dates for repair for my Whirlpool washer/dryer stack unit.
The first two times the technician was unable to fix because they needed a part. Yesterday I had a scheduled appointment. No repair technician ever showed after a manager assured me that someone would be there. How do they stay in business??
I am disgusted with the process and scheduling...not to mention that I do not want to take another vacation day (three so far) to POSSIBLY meet a repairman. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!
