We've used these people before for warranty work on appliances. This time, however, our refrigerator was 3 months out of warranty.

The ice supply door had broken on a side by side refrigerator.

This company wanted $180 for a $60 part to fix a minor operating part of an $850 refrigerator, then charged $65 for dropping by when we declined this "deal"--in other words, to do absolutely nothing. We can't believe a refrigerator that cost $850 could need an ice door repair costing 1/4 of the cost of the whole refrigerator.

Massive ripoff--will never call them again.

A & E was recommended by KitchenAid to fix my ovens. They determinded the touchpad control was bad.

Gave me the choice of ordering new or refurbished. I chose new. To date they have delivered two parts both bad, I have been without ovens for over 30 days. Decided to order part from KitchenAid directly.

Guess what. The part, including shipping was $248.00. A & E was going to charge me $460.00 for the part. When I complained they said there were shipping and handling fees.

Yeah right.

$212.00 in shipping and handling. What crooks.
