No show. Called to see where the repair man was and the guy on the phone said the repairman had too much overtime and will not be able to make it out.

No phone call, no warning. Rearranged my entire day and crappy service department didn't even have the courtousy to say he would not be out to do the repair. Don't use this service if at all possible.

This is the 4th time this particular appliance needed attention. First the guy took a look at it and ordered the part.

Then he came out and installed the part which then failed. Called for another repair of the same part. The guy came out and ordered another part.

Now the company has the gaul to schedule me and now a NO Show. Again Do not use this company..

It's not the Tech's fault. It's the new computer routing they began using two years ago.

The tech probably didn't know the call existed until 10 minutes before your call and is told to get to the next call if not home.

No way to bring parts when they have no clue where they are going next. The computer doesn't know who's going either unless it's overridden by a manager.
