Horrible experience. The repairmen were ok but the scheduling and people on the phone are horrid.

The first service call the guy came without the part needed even though the problem was explained to them on the phone. He charged in advance for the part plus the labor.

Next call was supposed to be between 8am and Noon, they came at 5:30 pm making me miss a whole day of work and no pay. Nobody could tell me all day approximately when the repair man would arrive.

They had called twice to see if the part was there and as late as the night before confirmed the time. Why not just update the time then. Five hours previously someone must have known.

Rude people on the phone when I tried to find out what was going on. then they blamed Maytag who of course blamed them.

yes i understand that the time was not kept but you have to understand and this is with all the people that are upset with the parts issue there is so many machines out there over a 100 thousand types the tech cannot carry all the parts needed so just calm down and to tell the problem over the phone you are not techs you are not certified for that so just quit complaining
