To me, the best judge of any company's reputation and indentity is when things go horribly wrong. Such has been the case with my Fisher-Paykel double oven. This oven has had numerous problems in the three years I have owned it. I would actually consider it a "lemmon." A&E has repaired it every time (about 6 instances in 3 years). I have to say they A&E went well beyond the call of duty to make right every issue, no matter who caused them (A&E or the manufacturer).

Would I use them again? Definitely!!!

They completely stood behind their assurances that they would work to achieve my total satisfaction. Furthermore, I was not charged any additional parts, labor, or trip charges. They will be invited back without question. I am a regular consumer and NOT affiliated with A&E other than as a customer. It seems to me that in Dallas, they are really trying hard to earn and deserve an excellent reputation.

Monetary Loss: $175.
