I think this company needs to be reported to the BBB. I set appointment through Lowes Warrenty program.TO be here between 1-5 today, never showed.

Called at 6 to say they were not coming until next Tues. I use my washer everyday and now I will end up going to the laudramat.I called the warrenty company back and told them to find someone else for me. I do not want these people at my house.

They seem to be very unprofessional. Hopefully the next company will be a professional and come out the day and time set.

Monetary Loss: $450.

You might also complain to Lowes, both corporate and with the local store manager. They need to know these things about the warranty companies they use.
