First A&E skipped my appt. that I made thru Maytag repair site and didn't bother calling me.
I called to see why- they told me their guy was waylaid. Rescheduled me for 2 days later and the guy came and said nothing was wrong with my dryer (he hit the start button and it worked- didn't bother putting any clothes in to see what would happen or open the thing up). Paid him $136.00 for his time (had no idea what the charge would be until he was leaving). Did a load of laundry and the dryer shut down after 10 minutes.
Called them and they couldn't send someone back for another 2 days! Disputed my credit card charge and found someone local (Quaker City Appliance) who came out that day and replaced my dryer motor.
A&E stinks. Quaker City was excellent!
