3 mo old Whirlpool Cabrio gas dryer quit working. Called Lowes; got appt w A&E Service (owned by Sears&Whirlpool) for same day 1-5pm. no show. got recorded msg 6pm to call back & reschedule. Logged complaint w Lowes; set another appt day later for 1-5pm. Another no-show even after they verified the appt all afternoon at c/s! A&E unable to explain how or why it happened.

Besides non working appliance, I lost 4 work hours twice by being at home waiting. Lowes responsive but no power to get A&E to complete. Called Whirlpool direct, more run around.

I call it "A&E Un-service" - lack of follow thru to show up and complete the work scheduled. Never had such a horrible experience on a new appliance.
