I initially scheduled an appt with A & E Factory service for May 13 between 1 and 5. No one showed up.
I rescheduled for the 22nd and the technician said it would be cheaper for me to buy a new oven range than repair the one I have. After shopping around, I found this to be untrue. I called to reschedule and was told to wait until the part came. After about a week, I had not heard from anybody so I called them.
I was told the part was supposed to ship on/before June 10. On the 13th, no part. I called and was directed to parts dept who said that there was no part to order, the technician should have fixed my range as is. I rescheduled another appt for June 21, 1-5.
Well at 2:30, I get an automated call to reschedule. In doing so, I was told I had to wait for a part to come in so it would be another week or so.
I mean really, who do they know that can take all that time off work???? Idiots
