I have a Danby deep freeze that quit working after 3 months. After a runaround, I got in touch with A&E.

They said the compressor was bad. When the tech went to his van to look up the part to order, it was "in research." This went on for 2 months. A&E would only tell me it's "in research" and they are doing a "worldwide search" and HH Gregg would do nothing to help. I found the compressor online in about 10 minutes.

Now, 2 months since the tech first came out, A&E tells me they are not able to work on Danby!! I asked the rude person on the phone at A&E why they didn't tell me that when I initiall called 2 months ago. She just kept telling me I'm not understanding what she was saying, then just repeated herself that they are not able to work on Danby.

I will never use A&E Factory Service and will file a complaint with the BBB. Stay away from them at all costs!!!!
