Called a& e to repair Samsung Refridge purchased at Sears 5 years ago/ wad told needed new fan motor to keep from freezing up. Paid them $370 and within a few days-- it's freezing up again. They claim to have 90 days warranty on service work but was told it will cost me another $99 just to come back within a week to re- diagnose problem!! Never call them!! Terrible service!!

I spent over $800 on my GE refrigerator based on their erroneous diagnosis and ineptitude. They would not grant me a refund. They only offered to go re-inspect, but I will never allow them inside my house again. I have a side-by-side Kenmore refrigerator. The water dispenser tube has broken. Sears would not tell me how much approximately it would cost to fix. Only that Sear can send a technician out to appraise, and this will cost $104.00.... Something that looks so simple to fix, thinking that the $104 would come off of the cost of the repair.
