Had a Maytag dishwasher recalled due to heating element. Was told in the letter from Maytag it was a simple repair by an experienced technician.
First time he was here and gone in 15 minutes. Ran the diswasher the next day and water poured into lower level. Had to wait 3 days for him to come back. Next visit, problem was "unfortunate" but repaired.
Ran dishwasher immediately and water is now dripping out the front. Customer Service is the worst I have ever come across. Was told he was already out of my area and I would have to call back the next day after he closed the ticket to schedule another repair. Spent hours on the phone from one person to the other.
Filed a claim with them for damages, we'll see how that goes. Will never buy a Sears appliance again.
