Ae Factory Service - Four months, four techs, Kenmore refrigerator still not cool

All the techs know how to do is replace parts. There is a leak, they can't find it. Have no showed twice, did not call. Made two appointments for me then called and said they made error in appts. This has been going on since Sept. Called tonight and they told me they didnt work on sealed systems. I ask why they sent 4 different techs if they dont work on sealed systems.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. We had to use A & E because they were authorized by our home warranty - which is also bad. Good for you for submitting a review!
