They outsource all customer support, so you're talking to some foreign tongue with zero cares whatsoever. Just quantity over any modicum of quality in terms of actually helping anyone in any way.

They jerk you around, transfer you over and over, and ask for the same info since their systems are so broken they cannot even relay the information you just gave them. Their entire gambit is to wear you down so you just give up on the warranty.

A technician came to my home on April 4, 2024, and ordered parts to fix my washer. He ordered 4 parts, but only one part ever arrived.

I had an appointment for May 16, 2024, to fix my washer. No one showed up or called. Terrible customer service!

I have not had a working washing machine since April 1, 2024. I paid American Home Shield $100.00 for nothing!

I first contacted them the morning of the service call to confirm I was still on the list/schedule to have the parts that arrived for the dryer to be installed and was told the service tech would call me 1 hour prior to arriving. during the day I attempted to call again to confirm I was still on the schedule and was told yes. around 330pm the same day I called and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and was then transferred to sears/ae. The right hand doesn't understand what the left hand is doing, waited all day with NO CALLS and NO SERVICE TECH arriving. today I rescheduled over the internet and lets see if they can keep this appointment set for Thursday again only 8-5 is the appointment. just HORRIBLE customer service, they need to fix this system.

The lady was nice, but I still have food ruining and the refrig is 53. No response of when it will be fixed, and Christmas is here. I need my refrig fixed, or get another one. This is a emergency in my eyes. I am 87 years old and need my refrig fixed as I have to fix food days ahead, because I'm not physically able to do it all at once PLEASE HELP ME.

It’s been frustrating doing business with them because I haven’t been able to speak to a live person. I keep getting confirmation notices for the day of an appointment followed up by cancellation notifications. The first time I didn’t get notified until the day of the appointment and this past time was the day before. It’s frustrating that the appointment keeps getting rescheduled with no explanation.
