It’s been frustrating doing business with them because I haven’t been able to speak to a live person. I keep getting confirmation notices for the day of an appointment followed up by cancellation notifications. The first time I didn’t get notified until the day of the appointment and this past time was the day before. It’s frustrating that the appointment keeps getting rescheduled with no explanation.

Are you people are hiring monkeys?! 3rd time a claim of ours has gotten screwed up . We got a part for an ice maker to fix our washing machine! AND to add to it, the tech you originally sent diagnosed it as needing a new computer, different guy came to fix it with the existing ice maker part and said it wasn't the computer at all, it was a drain pump. So we have to wait, again!
I am requesting the tech to come back be Jody, and not Mike. Mike's the one who doesn't know what he's doing.
After this we may be looking elsewhere...for the money we pay we surely expect better service.
