A E Service repairman damaged new L D refrigerator discarded lost parts which shut down appliance. A E Service would only schedule service to examine the problem in ten days after all contents of the refrigerator and freezer were lost.
There is no way to contact this company directly. They use a public call center with people who do not represent their company. Their service insurance policy is worthless because they cannot respond to a service complaint within a reasonable time period.
Our only recourse was to call a local service company to fix problems caused by A E service repairman.
