I scheduled a service appointment A&E Factory Service through Lowe's. The day before the appointment (yesterday), I got a confirmation phone call.
Then on the appointment date (today), I called at about 10:30am and was confirmed a technician is scheduled to come to my home between 8:00am and 12:00pm. Shortly after 12:00pm, I called A&E and was told no technician is available. I insisted to have a technician to come today, the service representative then asked me to be on hold. I waited for more than 30 minutes and finally gave up and called Lowe's.
The only option Lowe's provides is to reschedule the appointment. I am disappointed with Lowe's too.
What can I do for this kind of problem? Any advise?
Monetary Loss: $500.
