We have a Fischer Paykel Dryer and washer, they both are terrible.However, we have not had a dryer for 2 months since A and E didn't show up 3 times when they were scheduleds.

When they did show up, twice, they ordered the wrong parts. We then waited another 2 weeks for an appointment and now they say they need two men to do the job. So here goes another 2 weeks. Terrible, terrible.

We have lost 5-6 days of work and 2 months of hanging clothes for 6 people in this kind of weather.Wonder if these are the right parts.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Susan, why don't your employer Sears who owns A+E get together and stop appoligizing and start reimbursing customers for there lost time your company causes.
