I scheduled an appt with A&E on Monday for an appt on Tuesday between 12 and 5. Was pleased to get an appt the next day to fix my dishwasher.

At 5:15 I called because tech did not show. They said they would call me right back. Called at 6:00 pm and their systems were down, they told me to call back in the AM. Called in AM and their system shows I cancelled at the door.

NOT TRUE! Now no appt available until Monday. Asked to speak to a supervisor and one is not available. NEVER again will I use A&E, wasted my whole day and all I got were a bunch of I'm Sorry from their rep.

I'm sorry does not cut it when someone takes of work and waits around for 5 hours!! I called Sears and they are sending someone out tomorrow.

Monetary Loss: $1000.
