I ordinarily don't by warranties but for some reason I did this time. When our washer stopped working inside of the extended warrany, I thought "great"!
After 2 visits, it was determined that I need a part. Now I'm getting the total run around. The disconnect between the warranty company and A&E us laughable. Called AandE 3 times to speak with a supervisor and was disconnected every time.
No washer for over a week, now have to go get a new one.
What a waste of good money, no extended warranty ever again. I'm going to buy inexpensive machines from now on and just throw them away when they stop working.
