A repair man came the day after I called for repair work.Ordered a part then told me it would be two weeks before he could get back to put the part in.

After waiting two weeks the part was not the cause of the problem and he couldn't fix it. They are telling me they will refund the money for the part but it will take 21 days. Sure didn't take 21 days to get their money!

They refused to refund the labor cost even though they could not fix the washer.Stay away, call Sears repair they will stand behind their service.

Monetary Loss: $139.
