7/8 fridge broken first call to shedule an appointment
7/24 appointment cfmd $494,67 collected for parts an labour
7/26 parts arrived - called A&E for earlier appointment then 8/14
8/12 receive cfm that service will arrive 8/13 (one day earlier !!!!)
8/13 nobody shows up, no notice no information from A&E, after we called info that need a new appointment the next can be sheduled is 8/28 !!!!!
all in all and its not finished A&E needs more then 8 weeks for a Electrolux Fridge Repair , the model is not older then 3 years...that is unbelievable unprofessional, not calling the customer and then let him wait another two weeks without his fault-is this what you need to expect as customer service ?
