GE issued a recall for defective heating elements on many of their dishwashers; went to their website and got an appointment for today for the part replacement, only 1 week after contacting the factory. The GE factory shipped the part directly to us 3 days prior to the scheduled repair date.
The A&E rep/tech showed up only 30 minutes late (after doing 3 other service calls); his work order only gave him 10 minutes to drive 25 miles. He apologized for being late and immediately went to work, which was performed in a professional and timely manner, and was only here for 1 hour.
The tech was clean, respectful, and knowledgeable.
After reading all of the complaints about A&E on this site, I have to question whether some of the complainers live in the real world. A thumbs up for A&E in SW WA State!
