Home refrigerator repair failed within 3 weeks. Receipt states parts & labor warrantied for 90 days.
After 3 phone calls to numbers on business card, receipt, and website, speaking with a rep and "supervisor" on each, spending 1hr 45 min, no resolution on making a warranty service appointment made. "Supervisor" gave me direct line to call in morning. Next morning I spent another 45 minutes until finally another "supervisor" did set repair appointment for that afternoon. No service person showed up.
Upon calling A&E this evening, they had no record of the morning call, no record of an appointment made. Repairs failed, appointment failed, customer service lied to customer.
AVOID A&E. Refrigerator unrepaired, food lost.
