A&E service repair failed to keep an appointment they had me waiting for four hours and they just didn't show up. when i called customer service they only wanted to reschedule, people take time off work to be there for thier appointments how unprofessional for you not to show up and not even try to send someone out.

you should not be in business

the customer service is unprofessional, i don't even know why they are there they should just use a recording you would get the same results, no action they don't care about their customers. you need to be on undercover boss
