Wrong part ordered, rush part on back order, rush part still on back order, part in but tech did not come within time frame, rescheduled date was set for 2/19, on 2/19 found out date was listed at call center as 2/26, next available date was 2/22 and now out 4 weeks for this install.

Purchase their contract only if you hate your life or if you want to depress yourself on purpose.
