Been waiting for parts for 3 weeks, then they come and fix it and the washer breaks on the first load and they can't come back for 2 weeks.The phone person is a robot , can't talk to anyone.

really sucks. They don't have any slack in their schedule to fix their Mistakes. They don't have any parts, and the repair person had to go find a screw at a hardware store,,,2 hour wait, So i was there from 8 till 5 and got a broken washer.

They need someone to be able to send someone a fix it now situation or at least have a next available option.This having to wait weeks to get it fixed is ***.
