We had a new Whirlpool Washer installed late December. Washed three tubs of clothes, it quit. A&E Factory Service Tech came on Dec. 27th. He couldn't fix it, he had to order part. Rescheduled for Jan. 6th. Part arrive 15 minutes after tech called, he couldn't come back. Rescheduled for Jan 8th. Tech installed new part....Ooops, that wasn't the problem. Had to order another part and return on January 14th, 8:00 - noon. Part didn't arrive until 10:00. Reschedule again for Thursday. I advised that was not acceptable because of other appointments. They wouldn't budge. Really unhappy that Whirlpool would contract with an outfit like A&EFactoryService.
