Had appointment scheduled for the past 2 weeks.A&E Factory Service called in the morning to confirm their arrival time between noon and 5 pm.

As the day progressed we called to check on the arrival status and were told the tech was just finishing another job. At 5 pm still no tech. At 6 pm we called A&E Factory service and were told by a very rude individual that we had been mistaken, that we did not have an appointment for today at all. We then asked to speak to a supervisor and the person said she could not give me the supervisors name that she would have to put me on hold.....at the current time while writing this review I have been on hold waiting to speak to a supervisor at A&E Factory Service for SEVENTY FOUR MINUTES.

Lying to cover their mistake, Horrible Attitude and Customer Service, I wonder what they would do to my appliances ??I would recommend taking whatever steps necessary to avoid doing business with A&E Factory Service
