I have a Samsung fridge that I purchased new in 2011.It worked perfectly till beginning of 7/2014.

To me it looks like the cooling components are shot (which would be covered under warranty). Samsung sent out a tech from A&E (over a week later), and I had to pay over $80 just for the service call. Fridge was "repaired" with brand new Samsung part. It still doesn't work.

Now I'm waiting for another service call in mid August. The first technician was unknowledgeable and unprofessional. I have low expectations for the next one.

But I'll be watching him closely.Samsung needs to use a different repair company.
