I had an appt for today to fix a stove that has been broken over a month. No call ahead like they said they would.
I came home thinking something is fishy..a card on my door..I missed them cuz they didnt call. I called 800# twice cuz the tech still didnt call within and hour after i called the 1st time. I had a great rep name Neisha that went out of her way to help me.
she rescheduled my appt for this frieday only after twice asking if she could. How appalling a business would treat a customer this way.
