I was charged $180 for 5 min. of labor to fix my icemaker.

Not to mention the part to repair was $123 from them and afterwards I looked up the part online and it's $50. I talked to both Sears and A&E and neither would do anything. Technician said he doesn't know how they come up with the labor amount and wishes he could make that kind of money.

If A&E or SEARS do something for me I'll be more than happy to let everyone here know. It appears A&E does offer to help people with their complaints on here.

Both A&E and Sears weren't going to do a thing about the bill. I emailed Sears letting them know I would never be giving them business again.

They offered a $50 gift card and that made me feel much better. Still an expensive repair but they made an effort
