I am very disappointed with A AND e . Scheduled an appointment and waitied 4 days, had to take unpaid time off from work and waited.

The scheduled appointment time came and went by ... I called them to find out why no one came and was told someone was going to call and reschedule my appointment to 7 days later ..... that type of service in not acceptable.

The were not willing to do anything for me but refered me to contact Maytag and have them fime another service providere that could come sooner. I expected more of Maytag, poor choice of suppliers.

Monetary Loss: $200.
