I have had an appointment set up for 3 weeks. All of a sudden they can't fit us in and now I have to wait another month for service.

This is horrible! I am so upset that I have a new washer that I have never been able to use. I will never deal with lowes again!The people are rude and don't care about taking your money with no service provided.

I purchased the extra warranty for no reason. The extra money I have put out going to the laundromat could have paid for a new washer.

Monetary Loss: $1000.
