Two year old LG washing machine quit on a Sunday.First available technician appointment Wednesday, showed up made diagnosis is ten minutes, said he needed to order a part and would be back Friday if the part came in.He omitted to explain the part would be shipped to our address, via UPS and had he told us, we would have said that won't work as they deliver after five to our area, we can pick it up but, he didn't tell us.

I spoke with several Customer Service types, an Executive Customer Service type, was hung up on by one and basically treated like an *** by the other.

So, the part came in just before five, no technician, no date for install, no washing machine and, the clothes stuck in the washer when it quit, have grown mold.AE apparently are not customer focused but then neither is Home Depot, where we bought the appliance.
