Anybody else find the service company a&e to have untrained techs and that Maytag could care less? Hopefully my story is not yours.

Purchase a new range oven 11-8-11, oven not heating correctly, on bake temp drops, an convection does not shut off. a&e comes out says its the door, adjusts, leaves problem not solved, next tech comes, oh ya had to wait a week, he says its the temp probe, wait three days for part and a week for tech, tech comes, guess what, did absolutely nothing part was not bad, this tech orders a new electronic board, comes next day,,,, but oops Maytags contracted repair company a&e says it will be better than a week before they can get here.... oops Maytag can't help or won't...

Sure hope this travels up the chain to people who actually care about a customer who wanted to by US product.... Japans products are looking better and better
