A&E came out 5-6 times for problem on 3yr old whirlpool gold fridge.They advised that I needed to replace the freezer door for a problem with the ice dispenser shoot. Tech advised that I could order the door direct through Whirlpool to save almost $300.

After the door was replaced, I am still having the same problem. A&E confirmed that the door was not the fix & that there was no fix/nothing else they could do for the problem. They refuse to take responsibility for the misdiagnosis & credit me for the $320.00 door that they told me to order. They have wasted my time and sent 3 different techs out to confirm that the problem still exists, but now refuse to issue credit.

They have been giving me the run around for 3 months. Poor customer service!!!

Monetary Loss: $320.
