I called the customer service # 9 times trying to reach a customer service supervisor and was put on hold for up to 10 min and no one ever answered the phone. I was disconnected 7 times and once they said they were putting me through to a supervisor and the phone rang 41 tomes before I hung up.
They had no intention of letting me talk to a supervisor, if in fact one was even there.
They give you the run around hoping you will give up. I plan to contact the BBB and Lowes in an attempt to have A&E removed as there service provider.
