I called the customer service # 9 times trying to reach a customer service supervisor and was put on hold for up to 10 min and no one ever answered the phone. I was disconnected 7 times and once they said they were putting me through to a supervisor and the phone rang 41 tomes before I hung up.

They had no intention of letting me talk to a supervisor, if in fact one was even there.

They give you the run around hoping you will give up. I plan to contact the BBB and Lowes in an attempt to have A&E removed as there service provider.

same thing happended to me today, 6/25/12. The supervisors are not responsive.

I called back four times, since I was on hold for over 10 minutes each time before hanging up.

Each time the CSR said they will take care of me and they were sorry. But none could do anything for me without the supervisors approval, and the supervisor will not answer the phone when transferred.
