The Service man came to my house on 12/2/11 indicated that he was aware of the problem change the termo unit told me that all should be well within 45 minutes, The unit never worked, I called Customer Service, they were very scripted and insensitive, indicated that the earliest they can come back is 12/7/11 I told hem that we had a sick person in the house, no response, I spent the day call eventually I spoke with

Kenmore who stated that the Service man was supposed to speak with them while on site as a policy.
