Horrible company

Ae Factory Service - Horrible company
My dryer broke in January. It is now on the end of may, and I've had 8+ technicians roll over here. Look at the thing and say they need to order more parts, and they can't come back for 2-3 weeks. I had another one scheduled for today who completely no called, no showed. 3rd one to do that to me. Its infuriating enough to call off work for guys to say they cant fix it. Its a whole different deal when you call off work and they dont even *** show up. And when this happens. There is literally no number to call. Just an automated voice telling me the tech should be here hours ago!

Tech made issue worse and then wanted me to sign . Threw him out !! Terrible service

Repair not done worse after he left and came back and still did nothing . Reported to Kenmore and Costco

User's recommendation: Do not use Tyler as service tech and he said he is all they have !

Refund

Due to your carelessness I was charged for a repair that was 100% covered by a Sears warranty. You were supposed to return my money and you said it would be expedited and I have not received my refund. Please have someone call me to update this situation

Issues with the repair of my refrigerator

I have had repair service twice and it is still not working They are due out again Friday for the 3rd time I have been without a refrigerator for a month It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a real person to address my concerns I have spent hours and hours in trying to get this taken care of

User's recommendation: Don’t trust them and don’t get talked into buying their warranty program. They promote immediate service which is a total lie.

Service is no where near acceptable

Waited 4 weeks for a technician to look at my dryer. He ordered 4 parts to make repair. All parts received and the repair date was scheduled for June 1st. Received a text the other day stating my repair appointment has been changed till june 21st. There is no reason for the change. I am not pleased with Lowes and A&E service. Its costing me about 35$ a week to drive 40 miles round trip to due my wash. I need a callback today for an update on my repair. If not i will call another company to come out and make the repairs and bill A&E for the cost.

Charged 369$ for labor which was 30 minutes. PLus the 119$ service call. Plus part. Horrible. Never ever use a&e

Bad customer service

A Tec came out work on Our washer for Lowes and charged Us 417.35 dollars when a call wasn't made to Lowes 1st to see if it was warrantee

Dryer not working

Repair man came this morning put a new switch on my dryer. Said it was fixed. 1st load I tried to dry dryer stopped again He said he didnt know anything else but scrap it. Terrible customer service

Literally nobody works for this company apparently. My brand new dishwasher has been broken since 12/12/2021 and is still not fixed 2/7/2022.

Refund of 963.27 for parts not used

Man and lady came and checked out fridge. He said I needed two parts and would have to pay for them then. I payed by debit card 963.27. Had to call him when parts came in. I did, but he was sick. A few weeks later another guy came and said, I did not need those parts....

Needed to speak to a customer service rep

Weve called 3 times and each time it sounds as though there are children screaming and people laughing Very unprofessional for a company representative And then the calls go dead Apparently they are not located in the United States?
