No show for repair of dryer

I waited 18 hours for service. The message kept coming with updates when the technician "David" would arrive. Well he was supposed to come between 8-5:00. I waited until 8:00 just in case. Nothing-no text no email and no calls back. Terrible and no phone number to reach A & E (SEARS) So disappointed, no wonder Sears closed.Do not even think about them

My washer wasn't working called them they order the part, the part arrived on Sept 24 and the appointment to fix the washer was for Oct 5, nobody show up and called and asks for answers than they could not give me. Instead the costumer service hang up on me and then he decide to reschedule me for Oct 25, I cannot wait that long for them to come and fix my washer. It was not my fault that the technician never show up to his appointment.

I purchased extended warranty with Assurant who then contracted service with A&E. Appt set they came out and said they need to order parts (issues with my fridge was stated when I made the initial claim) and need to reschedule to come back. Since then they had parts delivered to my house which I thought was odd usually repairman will bring parts needed for repair this is my first fridge repair so I don't know what to expect. I keep getting text messages and phone calls to let me know when my appt will be scheduled you will not and can not get a live agent everything is automated. On the day of the appt they sent a text to reschedule no reason given and no courtesy call (On the first appt I was told to empty all shelves in fridge when repairman comes so he can fix the back of fridge) A&E rescheduled me 3 times and was a no show. I called Samsung who then called Assurant and was told they spoke with A&E and claims repairman was at my house. WTF?? Lies then I was told that A&E confirmed with Assurant that someone will come out 2-2:30pm nothing I can do I have to wait and deal with this unreliable company. How are they still even in business with all these complaints online really boggles my mind. This complaint is just about them scheduling and rescheduling me. I will provide update once repairs are completed.

Update on my appointment

The tech came out at the end of the day (service window ) and not only did he not fix the problem with my dryer, he placed the sites on incorrectly and burned them out. He could have caught my home on fire. The company would not make him available to "correct the problem" for 16 days citing that as his first availability. I had to pay another service fee to have a second company come to my home to diagnose the problem. I would never recommend such a horrible company. Bad service, no warranty and no accountability.

Hey, and he did not contact HSC claims department regarding the refrigerator which was not repairable according to the tech. It seems to be impossible as well to contact you and speak to a person regarding this. I think Ill be calling the insurance commissioner unless I hear from you.

Repair man did not show up

I scheduled a repair for my refrigerator. I took the entire day off from work snice A&E scheduled it between the hours of 8am and 5pm. I received several text messages and emails to confirm my appointment in which I did. I waited the entire day for no one to show. No text or email or phone call explaining why my scheduled repair man failed to show. Now I lost a day of work and my refrigerator still not working. No phone number to speak to an actual person and there website gives you the run around.

The most frustrating experience i have ever had with a company

I have tried multiple times, with multiple numbers trying to get in contact with a human being but all I am left with is the robot that does not have the options I need. I was scheduled for an appointment on 9/8, today, from 8:00 to 3:00 (a 7 hour window for a home that I don't live at). I confirmed the appointment and tried to put my number in to receive text message updates and an heads up on the arrival. Each time I tried to enter my number it was unable to process and directed me to try again. So naturally, I tried calling. When I called today to try once again to find out when my appointment was, because a 7 hour window is absurd, I was informed by the robot that my appointment was scheduled for 9/18 even though I tried to confirm multiple times. The options that the incompetent robot gave me were not valid but I still could not get in contact with a living, breathing human being.

This clown show has been working on my Samsung washer since May, it is now August and my washer is not working. they have no clue what is wrong with it, they keep ordering parts hoping to fine the right one. 4 No show/ no contact. Two times because , they did not have a two person crew scheduled to do a two person job. I have enough parts to build an entire machine, yet they can not get it to work. I had to take 7 days of vacation (because we work) and be at home from 8 am to 5pm , just to not see the clown mobile pull up. I am forced to use them , with my extended warranty; this will be the last extended warranty that we purchase. I WOULD NOT PAY TO USE THIS COMPANY.

A & E does not answer their phones and did not show up for the scheduled appointment. This is not a real company but only a scam. Tried for several hours to make contact with them and so did Assurant our Warranty provider.
