This company is a joke. Never consider them for any kind of service you may need.
They gave me a window between 8:00 AM and 12:00 Noon for the technician to show up but he decided to come at 3:00 PM. The technician was extremely rude and unprofessional. He called me on the phone at 2:00 PM asking me what was the problem with my unit. I told him it blows warm air and needs servicing.
He said he will be at my house in 30 minutes. I went to use the bathroom and in less than 10 minutes he showed up at my door. Obviously he wasn't 30 minutes away. I used the bathroom very quickly, washed my hands, and ran to open the door, but he decided to close my ticket and leave because it took me one full minute to open the door for him even though he was 3 hours late.
I asked him to come in, and he said he rang the doorbell twice and since I took more than a minute to open the door, he cancelled my ticket and decided to leave. I told him I am home, and you are on my property so let's get this job done. He said no. I took a video of him and his van before he took off.
The guy was rude, unprofessional, obnoxious, and had an attitude from *** I am extremely disappointed at this Mickey Mouse company. I am going to blast this incident all over social media. Furthermore, I question his employer a&e factory service how in the world did they hire a guy like that. It's beyond my level of comprehension.
I know for a fact this company will never be able to sustain business at this rate if they hire such low quality technicians. Shame on them for allowing such behavior take place without repercussions. I took a video of the guy before left.
Please watch the video I took of him as he drove off. Big time disappointment and bad news!!

Got call and they said it was fixed! Apparently didn’t listen to my other many person to person calls. Poor communication!
A and E repaired it three times and it's still not working. I've paid over $1500 so far and every time I call, they say the work was completed. However, there are no repair people in our area.

My refrigerator broke almost 2 months ago. Sears was contracted to do the service.
They have stood me up multiple times; they have ordered parts and had them sent here, but still, no repair has been done. This is a refrigerator, not a toaster oven.
How can they leave someone without a refrigerator for so long and claim they're good? They certainly know how to collect money fast enough.

I called in service August 2 and until todays a tec showed up to look at it. I could not wait 2 weeks so 2 days after initial service request I hired a temporary company to get me back in a cool house.
My ac was quieter and working good with a heads up I may need to save for a new compressor next year. Today( two weeks later) a tech shows up and says hes gonna recommend a compressor but tomorrow. Has ordered a starting cap that was replaced from previous company. Left my ac inop 100% I feel like he may have done or undone something to justify the compressor claim tomorrow but as of tonight I live in Las Vegas .
Im sleepless, Frustrated and disappointed this is happening in this manner. My HOA board has been discussing similar issues and this will be brought up next meeting.
I should have not paid my srvs visit to be worse off than before with no explanation. I was not home only daughters and wife at time of visit

They outsource all customer support, so you're talking to some foreign tongue with zero cares whatsoever. Just quantity over any modicum of quality in terms of actually helping anyone in any way.
They jerk you around, transfer you over and over, and ask for the same info since their systems are so broken they cannot even relay the information you just gave them. Their entire gambit is to wear you down so you just give up on the warranty.

Sears Home Warranty is again impossible to contact live. And if by some chance you do are are given the incorrect information and seems to be purposedly misleading.
The Sears Home Warranty tech (A&E Factory Service) was supposed to be at our home yesterday. I took a day off of work and waited all day.
After many attempts to find out if the tech is coming, I finally reached someone live at Sears. They said yes the tech is scheduled. About 6 hours later I found out the tech was never scheduled. The customer service experience with Sears is more than horrible.
The are unable to reach most of the time and when you do they are inaccurate most of the time as well. The techs are good. But, I cannot wait to not renew my home warranty agreement.
They just do not get how to run a good customer service call center. If they did they would increase their business substantially.

Repair man did not show up
A technician came to my home on April 4, 2024, and ordered parts to fix my washer. He ordered 4 parts, but only one part ever arrived.
I had an appointment for May 16, 2024, to fix my washer. No one showed up or called. Terrible customer service!
I have not had a working washing machine since April 1, 2024. I paid American Home Shield $100.00 for nothing!

I had two technicians here spent $500 and my problem is not resolved and nobody between a&e and Sears knows anything about it

The company came to my house to supposedly service my LG fridge. The guy did not get out of his truck, except for one minute to supposedly do a diagnostic; he then got right back into his car.
He was supposed to give us a follow-up email or a service ticket. He did none of the above and closed our service order, claiming it was complete.

Cant talk to nobody went 22 days with out a fridge leaves a mess. Technician came to my house the first time unprepared.
Had to order parts. Overall horrible service from A&E and LG customer service

Furnace Repair
We are now at 2+ months with an inoperable furnace in winter (Jan 17 - March 19). A&E repeatedly rescheduled, failed to show, failed to order the parts.
The 3 times they did arrive, the repair was not done correctly and did not solve the problem.
There is no contact information for this company. Avoid at all costs.
Fridge Repair
A technician came to put in a new compressor in my fridge. It is still not working after he left.
I set up another service request and now they are telling me they cant come out because Conns didn't call them directly. I havent had a frige in over a month.
You cant get ahold of a real person and its extremelt frustrating. I wish they were not the only people in my area to fix my fridge.
Fridge broke again
My recent repair is under 90 day warranty. It needs repaired again but cant speak to a live person to explain.
It only allows for me to make another appointment but says I will be charged. Im at a loss

Been since october23 and refrigerator Kenmote Elite still not operational, went thru thanksgiving and now Xmas with no luck , service technicians have been out on 8 different occasions unable to get the freezer to cool, make ice, or the top part of frig to cool, ordered all kinds of parts and replaced, we need someone to tell me its not repairable so I can my family some food
