Ae Factory Service - Unprofessional jerks
A fan was ordered on Oct. 30 , 2018 for my aunts 3 year old GE refridgerator. The part was paid for that day. AS of today, Dec. 1, 2018, no one can tell us when they will locate the part. Everyone I spoke to spoke in broken English and was not able to help me, even the supervisor. We will never buy another GE product or deal with A&E again.

I called Sears November 19, 2018. I tod them my washing machine would not spin out. First, I had to go unplug it got 10 seconds, and then plug it back in. Of course, it did not work. Set up an appointment three weeks from the 19th. I complained that was not reasonable...Read more

Ae Factory Service - Unreliable company
Service call on oct 4 was scheduled 1-5 technician called at 4:50 said he would be here at 6 arrived at 6:45. Stated parts department was closed now needed to come back. Did not have another opening until oct 12 1-5 called me today at 4:40 and said computer was not working needed to rescheduled after waiting again all afternoon. Cancelled order.
