Samsung called me to ask about my availability to have my Samsung recall issue repaired, and we set a date and time and I was informed of the repair companys name AE Factory Service . I received a call from A&E Factory Service the day before my pre-scheduled appointment to confirm my appt.

So the call went like this..."they'll be there between 12pm-5pm" No problem i'll *** work and come home to wait on them. Well to no avail i haven't heard or seen a peep from anyone from A&E and so i decided to call and inquire about their no show. I was told that no one was available in my area... really how the *** can you schedule someone then?

How do you get a confirmation call the day before? POS company !

Product or Service Mentioned: Ae Factory Service Customer Care.

Reason of review: Took of half a day to accommodate the repair schedule (12-5pm) and the company was a NO SHOW! Not even a call to say Sorry we can't make it. .

Monetary Loss: $200.

I didn't like: False scheduling, Unprofessional repairman, False scheduling copmmitments.
