Maytag dishwasher was recalled. A and E tech was to be here to repair it.
No tech showed up or called. Person at main 800 number told me that tech was here and I was not - lie. Then she said he called and I did not answer - lie. Finally she said that he just needed to reschedule - over two weeks from today.
Not acceptable. I was lied to, given at least three separate reasons for the tech not showing up. Was this mulitiple choice. She kept trying different excuses until I believed one of them?
Poor, unacceptable practices. How does this company stay in business?
